Since our cymbals are handmade, the production of each product takes special time. Therefore, there is a 10-day supply period. Your product will be delivered to you within this time after your order.
Delivery Method:
Your products will be securely packaged and delivered as quickly as possible through our partnered courier company. Domestic deliveries within Turkey are usually completed within 1-3 business days, while international delivery times vary depending on the destination of the order.
Returns and Exchanges:
If you experience any issues with the products you purchase, you can request a return within 14 days from the delivery date. The products must be unused and in their original packaging. Since these are handmade items, minor production defects or natural color variations are considered normal.
